Currently, our wait time for first time appointments is less then 1 week dependent upon therapist and your availability.

What type of insurance does Hello Wellness take?
Too many to list! We are in-network with most major insurance companies including but not limited to: Horizon BCBS, Aetna, Tricare, and Medicare. We also accept self-pay options that can be discussed at the time of intake. Copayments can be paid via: cash, credit card, or check. We currently utilizing an online forum called Instamed to allow all of our clients to have a card on file where they can keep track of their own payments, make their own profiles, etc. Please feel free to ask our office manager about this if you have additional questions.

What happens if I miss my appointment?
We understand that life happens and you may need to miss your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel any appointments, Hello Wellness requires at least 24 hours notification. Please know that we set aside this time for you, and if you are unable to make it, we will have missed an opportunity to meet with another valuable client. It's also important to understand that our therapists are not paid a salary and are paid per session. Our clinicians love what they do; please be mindful this is also how they make their living to support their families. We do charge a missed appointment fee if you do not cancel within 24 hours. However, we do send multiple reminders!
